Researching approxomate cost for a 703 Day VFR Single Engine operating certificate.
Including breakdown....qualifications, cost analysis,
Any other ancillary costs?
What do you estimate the Transport Canada cost of qualification/acquisition would be?
Please include reference material / web site, etc/.

You can expect one to two years of mind boggling bureaucratic paper work for a starter.

Did 703 IFR turbine (OC, CTA, AMO)
6 months from initial submission of Application 4 people working almost every day, just submission fees around $6500.
Almost too many ancillary costs to list but budget $10-20K depending on required travel, PPC's, consultants, aircraft purchase/inspections

Buy a turnkey operation, more money but you will at least have a revenue stream.
Do your homework though. A couple of good years in the books look great until you are stuck with a few lousy years and expensive out-of-phases items due.
