Unable to pay medical fee

OK, I finally got a bill for this medical fee thing.

I went online to pay it, like a good little pilot, and they wouldn't let me.

I tried entering my licence number, "Customer No.", everything, but then they bumped me out of the system and wouldn't let me get back in to pay. Tried again a few times after a few days, and it was a no go.

Is there some secret to this?

I really would like to pay this to be a good little pilot, but because they won't let me pay, I'm gonna let it slide.

They can do whatever they want. Take it off my taxes, send it to a collection agency. I'm not wasting any more time. I have beer to drink and conspiracy videos to watch.

I thought if I called the phone number I would have to talk to a person. I don't like the idea of talking to people at Transport Canada, so I didn't do it.
