I would have to suggest the Toby stew. Given how bony they tend to be, I've found that rabbits are best stewed. A good rabbit stew is a wonderful thing...hmmmm....I wonder if I can get one of those slingshots from Ukranian tire and rustle me up some of the rather large hares that are hopping around the YYC/YBW area. There are certainly enough of them that commute through my backyard.

Actually if you eat rabit as your main meal, for a period of a few months you can still starve to death. I belive it lacks Vitiman B, so even though you'll feel full, youll still starve. It happened to some of canada's first pionners.
