Check out this news report of a plane crash in Iran. An interesting twist of events that the media has reported as to what happened.
From the report it sounds like the left engine caught fire while taxiing and then the aircraft subsequently plunged into a river!! Media for ya.
Obviously, they don't know what "taxi" means.

What I found interesting was the reports that the flight attendants abandoned the aircraft first (leading by example, I guess) and the mention that there were sixteen crew on board. That seems a bit high to me.
