Amending POC's
I'm wondering if anyone has attempted to add a new type of aircraft to their temporary POC since April 1/11 ?? If so how was your level of service from TC, and how long did it take to become operational?

I don't know of anyone who has received a POC since TC took back oversight but here is a copy of the Levels of Service posted on TC website:
Service Level Standards •Issuance of a Temporary Private Operator Certificate
normally: 60 days max: 120 days
•Amendment of a Temporary Private Operator Certificate
normally: 30 days max: 90 days
•Approval of a Minimum Equipment List for a Private Operator
normally: 150 days max 210 days
