Can anyone share any info on Georgian regarding schedule and pay for captain? Do they hire direct-entry captains? If not, how long from right to left seat?

Sched days are getting longer than they did in the past. New Captains will most likely be flying 10 to 14 hour days with 11 days off per month. A year 1 Captain makes around $47 000 plus $1.70 per hour in per diems.
They have hired DEC's in the past, but it is not in the plan now. A large Captain upgrade class just started this week.
Count on a year to two in the right seat before moving left. They can change depending on how much or little AC and WJ are pulling.
