What i am enjoying is making 6 figures in a (non desk) job that I didn't have to spend money educating myself to obtain. I don't have to compete with filthy scabs who will work for less than minimum wage and put experienced guys like myself on the street. You want my shit job flying garbage that the company doesn't want to maintain cuz the owner wants to buy his wife a new car, and give you shit for sticking to your guns and not flying in dangerous conditions/aircraft. Unionized yes, (too bad aviation wasn't). I now drive trains for Via Rail. The control freak in me still lives. Just not in the air.
