I am not really sure to be truthful, I have heard much that would tell one it is not a fit place to hang your hat but based on what I read here there are a few good places to work in aviation.
I can tell you that a number of Air Labrador B1900D pilots who were layed off last fall went there but have all since left to persue carreers elsewhere, most of them accepted recalls to Air Labrador.
I am sure there is others who will give you information.
