Just got the call for an Interview!

Post by Skyteam »

Hi,

I recently got an email for an interview with AC. Anyone out there have any current info? HR Questions, COG Test Questions? Any websites which can help me prepare? Any thoughts on the PCC prep? What's with the high failure rate I keep hearing about?

If anyone else has an interview coming up please PM me.

The search function on these forums is your friend. This question has been answered many times before, and recently. Good luck!

Definitely do your research. Most of your questions have been answered many times on here and other places on the net. There are examples of the cog test online as well. Not the exact one but it will get your mind thinking the right way.

My biggest suggestion is to be yourself. Don't try to be the person you think they want you to be. Odds are at least one or two of the people interviewing you will be pilots and while they have certain questions they need to ask, they'll be looking at you and wondering "could I spend 8hrs in the flight deck with this guy?"

Good Luck!!!

Try cognitivefun.net or soakyourhead.com -- the 1-back test is similar to what you'll see on the cogscreen...some of the other memory and perception tests are good training as well. Good luck!

In a world full of people, only some want to fly. Isn't that crazy?
