I feel really bad for these peeps every time the bosses see a downturn in freight its time to put hard working peeps on the street SHAME on you BIG A.
Stop worry about lining your pockets worry about the great folks you have working for you take care of them they have put it out there for YOU!!!!!! IMHO and that is just my opinion!!!!!!!!!!!!sad days for sure

I've been laid off since July and the previous year I was laid off for seven months. Mind you I don't/didn't work at CJ.
I've wondered how others in the field have tended to interpret their lay offs.
Personally, I've been feeling like the first one out and the last one back for some reason other then seniority. It's eroded a great deal of my company loyalty. Really the only thing that has kept me around with them is the stronger then usual level of inconvenience involved in moving to where other work is.
