Anyone familiar with Chantal at Aircraftsales.ca/Springwater

Wondering if anyone can give some info about Chantal at Springwater Aircraft, (operated from Barrie Springwater Airpark), their website is aircraftsales.ca.
I ask because we have a possible transaction, but she is currently working from the Bahamas and it's all being done without meeting in person.
I don't have any red flags, but I'd hope anyone would be wary about sending money overseas to someone they havn't met.

No, no red flags at all.... Besides, I just sent money to Africa to help my ailing step brother, though I'm not sure how I could have a stepbrother since my parents wed at a young age and my particularly catholic father was not the straying type, especially involving a whole other continent.

I know her as well and she is very honest. I don't think you should have any worries.( not bad to look at either)
