If there is no accident nor incident, then why would there be a report for something that didn't happen?

How can you tell which one is the pilot when you walk into a bar?....Don't worry he will come up and tell you.

Contact the TC office that has your file and ask for someone in licensing. They will check your file and issue a letter. Many overseas airlines demand this letter. It is not an unusual request at TC.

Just do this and that's all there is to it:
Contact the TC office that has your file and ask for someone in licensing. They will check your file and issue a letter. Many overseas airlines demand this letter. It is not an unusual request at TC.
Very simple and straight forward. I've done this myself once for an overseas gig.
