CAE also offers a course. If you want to get a pretty good idea though, without spending a whole lot of money, get yourself a copy of a Jeppesen Atlantic Orientation Chart. It has a LOT of really good info on various topics including RVSM and MNPS, comms (lost and otherwise), special routes, non-rvsm aircraft, NAT tracks, random routes, clearance procedures and whole bunch of other stuff. Really great bang for the buck for learning (or revisiting) this kind of stuff.

Most training facilities will offer decent international procedures coarse, of course its a add on though.

Look at the Navigation and ATC section. Mainly the ETOPs and MNPS stuff would be a good read. Lots of great info on that site.
