Hi all,
I am looking at renting or leasing out my unused hangar in Vernon BC. I purchased it a couple of years ago with plans to retire there, but that seems to be a bit further out than planned. So for now, it sits empty.
Does anyone on here have any experience on what the 'going-rate' is for renting a hangar? It faces the runway in Vernon, has an epoxy floor, finished drywall, but no heat. Water is just outside the bay doors.

32.5ft deep x 48ft wide. Fits my C206 and a vehicle easily.
