Hello every one. Can anyone please point me in the right direction. I have been emailing Resumes for the past month and got no reply from no one. What is the beast way to approach companies, and is a road trip a smart idea to market my self?
TT 700 hours , 350 hours Mutli engine Turbine.

Have you been following up the email with phone calls or carpet bombing to everyone?

I did follow up with a couple of places, but most companies didn't want phone calls.
So I didn't want to be harassing them.

With that time you must have had a previous flying position . What did you do before to get a job and try doing the same thing again. Call some chief pilots and try to network. Road trip season is coming up soon as well!

Do you still have a flying position or are you out of work? Maybe your resume needs some work...I have seen a lot of REALLY bad resumes that wouldn't get a job in their own mothers family diner as a dishwasher let alone a pilot.

I had a flying position in Africa, so I decided to move back after three years. I don't mind a second opinion about my resume though

3 years in Africa and you have 700 hrs... Something is not adding up. Who were you working for that you averaged about 150 hours a year after flight school? And was the flying valid? You must have a rating??

Just Another Canuck, I was trying to wrap my head around this too...his times do not make any sense at all.

I know it is not making sense, but actually 290 hours in 3 years, AT42 rated, kingair 200.
Africa has been a very tough market with promises that dispel at every corner.
Deeply regret going that way.
Never mind, what's gone is gone. I am looking for a fresh start. and I am going to work for a company that's worthy of my dedication.
