Nine Inch Nails - With Teeth
Tool - Lateralus (easily the best album of all time)
VNV Nation - Matter and Form

Bruce Springsteen - Devils & Dust
Garbage - Bleed Like Me

You know, music sharing is legal in Canada for now. Hmmm... :)

I have my computer and the g/f's computer networked together along with the Xbox and the home stereo, so we can stream music that we download onto the home audio system. I don't have an iPod, but it's high on my list of things to get once I get another flying job.

I have about a thousand CD's I ripped to MP3 and burned to DVD last spring, but I haven't put them on the computer yet due to lack of space. I have the actual CDs in milk crates in the closet :)

The lovely Lisa listens to rap, which is most unfortunate. I don't share her fascination with bustin' caps and rollin on dubs.

...edited out list of last 500 cds on the computer HD...

Oh wait, did you say top 5? I thought you said top 500

The Darkness - Permission to land (2 years old and the best album I've bought in that time)

Led Zepplin - How the west was won (20 min drum solo in Moby Dick - "You can't handle that shit on strong acid man")

The Best of Rainbow (Way underrated band from the late 70's. Ronnie James Dio and Ritchie Blackmore from Deep Purple)

Big Sugar (I love all their albums. Used to put on a killer live show.)

KISS ( kinda cheezy but a guilty pleasure.)

That is like THE best rock album ever. Over The Hills And Far Away and Stairway To Heaven from that album are mindblowingly good.

My top 5 (modern)

Alexisonfire
Rise Against
Crowned King
I Mother Earth
Hot Hot Heat

The homies in my neighbourhood were using that term long before that song came out :) It's amazing the urban talk I learn simply by sleeping with my windows open!
