I took my PPL written exam in Dec. 2009 and rather than doing the PPL flight test, did the RPL because I didn't have the X-country requirement.
My question is:
Now that I have the requirements, is my PPL written still going to be valid when I go for my PPL flight test? I know it's valid for 2 years after passing, but does this change since I have been an active license holder?

There is no X-country requirement to by admitted to the PPL Flight Test!White Bird wrote:I took my PPL written exam in Dec. 2009 and rather than doing the PPL flight test, did the RPL because I didn't have the X-country requirement.
You now hold a Recreational Pilot Permit, unfortunately, this will probably not make your original PPL written exam valid for more than 2 years since it was written.White Bird wrote: My question is:

It seems that you will need a recommendation letter from an instructor, and you will have to write the PPL exam gain.
