Hose Fabrication

I need some hoses - with tags. Nothing exotic. Who does this, perhaps in Ontario?

I used to use Leavens, but they're gone. I've tried Aircraft Spruce, but they take too long.

Recommendations?

The Leaven's hose shop is now Q1 Aviation. I believe the same (most) employees are still there. Try 905 678-1234.

I asked the same question before xmas then contactsd 4 different places including the recommendation below and Kadex was the ONLY Canadian place that properly and quickly quoted. They did all the Stratoflex hoses on my Pitts including the inverted with offsets etc. quick turn around etc. So they are what I'd recommend.

I was very surprised nobody else in Canada wanted my $3,000.

Aviall has a hose shop in Dallas. Give your local branch a list of what you need and you will have them in about 2-3 days.
You might have to get your local AMO or shop with an Aviall account to order them for you.

Just called Kadex in Peterborough. They will have Stratoflex fabricate the hoses in Wichita, KS today and Fedex them overnight to CYOW.

We've used Cantwell Cullen for a number of hose projects.
We sent them the old hoses and asked them to duplicate the set.

Fair prices too.

I have found cantwell to be better priced than kadex but I think kadex can be a bit faster to deliver.

Kadex was fast, but not cheap.

I was nervous about ordering from someone
called "Can't Well" with an email of "Can't Sell".
I figured someone here might be playing a little
joke on me.

Wasn't sure if it was for real or not until I saw
all the endorsements.
