If you're referring to the pre employment medical, no it doesn't.

It's not surprising to hear about the need to be cheap when thinking of working for AC, as the starting pay is so disgraceful. The cost of a medical can pay for a lot of KD and hot dogs.

Yep, the cost of a medical can go up and up these days, but for those of you just starting out, the cost of the medical will be covered by Air Canada, or Jazz, or Westjet, etc.. maybe not at some smaller 704 or 703 operators, but definately at the majors for sure
