Hi, I need some infos about Kelowna Flightcraft such as;
Layoffs situation specifically in Avionics Dept?
How do they (managements, supervisors) treat their employees?
Is it a happy place to work?
Any help/advice appreciated since considering (not desperate) working for them.

Avionics is probably the easiest going department in KFC. Seems like they got treated pretty good compared to other trades, good crew chiefs for sure. I would give It a go, especially if you're a younger guy. Okanagan can be an expensive but fun place to live.
