Introduction of DC pension for new hires
4 year fixed pay rate (hourly) for new hires
Ability to create an LCC, use other tier 2 carrier than jazz
Pay grouping providing uplift for EMJ, B767 and A330
Some reserve rules improvements

That's the stuff a new hire may find headline worthy...

What does "Pay grouping providing uplift for EMJ, B767 and A330" mean in lay terms?

To simplify a few status groups were created in the wide-body and narrow body positions (apart from the LCC wage scale). Pay between types was blended, so positions on the smaller types in the groups (EMJ and B767) ended up getting raises. Pay on the larger types decreased but pilots already qualified on the 320 and 777 were 'Grandfathered' so they wouldn't take pay cuts.
