Halifax commuters
What's commuting out of Halifax like? How many days are you typically home and how many nights can you overnight in Halifax? Thanks
Re: Halifax commuters
No one from YHZ is home to reply, they are all on the road working, commuting or at their crashpads in YYC!
Commuting from the east coast is problematic at best. Flights are quite full, there are lots of commuters, weather frequently causes cancellations (resulting in backlogs that I've seen last days) and it is a heck of a long way to YYC.
In a non-vacation month assuming you are not awarded any port flying, you will be away 18-20 nights. That may be broken up with the odd YHZ overnight.
Good luck,
SMP
