Definitely Homer would whip Fred's ass; afterall, Fred couldn't even get the cat out for the night.
As for the undercard, here's how I see it:

Barney vs. Flanders; Ned's ripped but he'd start praying for forgiveness after the first shot, giving Barney a clear edge.

Burns vs. Slate; come on Burns is 104, no contest.

Wilma vs. Marge; Wilma took judo and whipped the prowler, after Marge went off steroids she went back to being a wuss.

Bart vs Bamm Bamm; Bart's got street smarts but Bamm Bamm is the world's strongest boy, advantage Bamm Bamm

Moe vs Joe; Joe's a jock, Moe is Moe; without Barney Gumble at his back he doesn't have a prayer.

Betty vs Maude; Maude's got the rack but Betty took judo too. Advantage Betty.

Maggie vs Pebbles; no contest, Maggie all the way. She's got the feud going with the kid with the unibrow, she engineered the breakout from the daycare (to the tune from "The Great Escape") and she's a crack shot with rifle or pistol.

I'm going Fred here all the way.....Homers had his ass kicked numerous times and even though both are a little low on the I.Q scale, I think Fred is sharper and has more heart.

Besides "Twinkle toes Flintstone" already floats like a butterfly and has been in 2 boxing fights and 1 wrestling match against "The Crusher" and won

homer was also a boxer, he also had moe training him. I think homer might be able to take the punishment and just let fred punch himself out. Then homer can just push him over. fred is no drederick tatum.
