Cudos to you guys

I just flew on Delta, Continental's Express Jet, Air Canada, Northwest Airlines and WESTJET all within the past month(yes, that's right) and I just wanted to say thank you to you guys at WestJet for such great service!! You are by far the best out there with friendly customer service, on time performance and just going the extra mile to make the flights enjoyable...and you didn't lose my luggage! It was sure nice to hear from the flight deck too....on the flights in the USA there was one little blurt before engines start and that was it from the pilots....no updates or thanks for flying with us at the end of the flight.

WestJet is definitely something that the WEST can be proud of!! Keep it up boyz and girlz!!
