Good Day,

Nothing much has changed at Bravo over the years, Conditions a couple years ago were not great, Partially a product of the work environment, and I hear they have become worse. They pay is not too bad, although the pay-scale is only a guideline and pilots are paid on a case by case basis.

There has been an add up for a king air Capt since August 15th, 2012. This is a very long time to be looking for a king air driver with relatively high pay and low experience requirements compared to other parts of the country, I would assume in this slightly better hiring market experienced pilots have stayed away.

If you are starting your career and don't have family obligations, I would recommend experience, especially MPIC, over pay. MEDEVAC is also not for everyone, Long days, No consistent hours and operation in the grey area of the CAR's. My recommendation is research old threads, and probably stay away. As always PM me for more details if you like.

Fly safe
