Skylink Express

Post by Masters Off »

Can anyone tell me the current status of Skylink? Last I checked they had a list of guys waiting to be called back, yet that was 8 months ago.
Also any of the typical information would be great, salary, rotation on/off, etc.

Thanks

M.O.

The lack of response should give you an idea of this company. Remember when your mother said, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all?"

I'd look at air georgian if this is the level you're at. Good luck.

There's also another saying, "Don't judge a man 'till you've walked a mile in his shoes".
Let's be adults now....
You can throw mud at any aviation company out there so really Skylink isn't really much that different.

f/o pay is pretty much std for a 1900
capt pay is a little below std for a 1900
however....
weekends off.
Christmas, Easter weekend, Canada Day....every holiday...off
3 days a week, sometime 4 days of work.
8 guaranteed days off a month

Hamilton and Halifax bases
5 1900 runs out of Hamilton
1 1900 run out of Mirabel
2 1900 & 3 208 runs out of Halifax

pretty much walk right out to the airplane at both bases....no need to clear security or any of that time consuming BS
free parking at the airport with a 30second walk from your car to the ramp
fun bunch of guys to work with

Like anything, it's what you make of it.
