Post by traveller123 »

Are you paid by the week, hour, contract or an annual amount?

During quiet months is your company put you on unemployment?

Paid 17-29% of aircraft gross. At one company, I decide how much and how frequent (so long as I don't go over predicted seasons pay). The other pays in chunks about bi monthly. No stats, no double bubble, no triple, no pension, no benefits. Lay offs and ROE's issued. My "schedule" for the past couple years looks kind of like "3 months on 5 months off, 2 months on, 2 months off, rinse, and repeat".

Gold bars. It easier that way. My truck isn't big enough to carry that many greenbacks.
