Why would you want a copy? If it's to study or familiarize yourself with them, don't bother. It's a waste of time and can in fact be detrimental. Without being taught the context and application of the rules you risk coming up with your own ideas that may in fact be wrong. You will be taught everything you need to know from Manops on course.
