WHO AM I ????
Obsessive-compulsive disorder:
A psychiatric disorder characterized by obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions, such as cleaning, checking, or fixating on TRANSPORT CANADA. Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a potentially disabling condition that can persist throughout a person's life. The individual who suffers from OCD becomes trapped in a pattern of repetitive thoughts and behaviors that are senseless and distressing but extremely difficult to overcome. OCD occurs in a spectrum from mild to severe, but if severe and left untreated, can destroy a person's capacity to function at work, at school, or even go on the internet without ranting and raving about corruption and alien presences.
These obsessions are unwanted ideas or impulses that repeatedly well up in the mind of the person with OCD. Persistent fears that harm may come to self or all pilots, an unreasonable concern with becoming contaminated with corruption, or an excessive need to erradicate all civil servants, are common. Again and again, the individual experiences a disturbing thought, such as, "Transport Canada is my enemy, I must get revenge"; or "I may have left the gas on and where did those pink fairies come from". These thoughts are intrusive, unpleasant, and produce a high degree of anxiety.
In the last stages of this dibilitating disorder, the person realizes that all of these pent up feelings are really a mask to hide the innermost desire to be a civil servant.

There was a time believe it or not that I thought I suffered from that disorder..
Then one day I decided to seek professional help, because I finally was about to succumb to an inner desire to become a civil servant, but I was truly worried about being inferior and therefore unsuitable for such a calling....you see I wanted to be in management.
So I went to a psychatrist and when I discussed this complex of feeling inferior with the doctor he delved into my psych and after several days he told me he had bad news.
He said . you do not have a complex, you truly are inferior.
So alas I will be doomed to the everlasting hell of publically exposing my psychosis here on Avcanada for all to read.
Or at least until I leave Canada soon to fly some more contracts.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no
After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.

Who are you? WHO ARE YOU? I really don't care so long as you crawl back under the rock you came out from.

And here I was thinking you'd make your 11th post a memorable one. I am so disappointed in you.A.W. wrote:How Sweet Corn Sh!t,
You're so loyal to Cat and he's so humble........what are you hiding?
How could I have anything to hide when any inane thought that comes to my head gets posted here? Do your homework, rookie.
Headbanger. If you don't like Cat's posts, don't read 'em. Ya, Cat may occasionally sound a little like a broken record, but he is often voicing what many on here think or suspect with regard to TC. Personally I have dealt with some excellent people at TC, and some that are more than a little shady, even criminal. I know one ex TC guy, best part of 20 years there, that just shakes his head at some of the stuff at TC. That's the reason he is no longer a civil servant.

Loopy :
Therein lies the problem for the industry, as the dedicated fair people leave the system they are replaced by people who will take direction from those who have reached positions of power and think they can just do whatever they want without regard to the rules, policies and fair impartial oversite.
Everyone here should read the Bonita Smith report that clearly describes the corruption of the system that has been slowly introduced here in our regional head office.
After you have read it I can explain how this all came to be, the trail leads right back to Tower C.
Truly stunning stuff.
It is an internal report examining how M&M is run by the present management.
There are truly serious allegations in the report that should be read and reflected on by every person in aviation, both inside TC and those of us who are regulated by these people.
If we have someone that would like to read it and post some of the most signifigant findings I have it in M.S. Word as well as the origional sent to me by one of my TC friends. ( I do not have the computer savvy to copy and post things. )
So all you need do is look in my profile and e-mail me.
For that matter it can be sent to anyone and everyone just by forwarding it by e-mail, there is about fifty pages to the report, however the really interesting part is in the first ten or so pages.
My favorite is the opening page.... titeled:
"A note from the regional director"
You just gotta read it............and then read the report......great reading.
I will send you the report and the phone number of the Pacific Region Director General Transport Canada, just call him and verify that the report is genuine.
And you can even ask him who he thinks sent it to me..........last time I talked to him he had not even read it himself and was not happy that I had it...my, my, my how strange.
