• CRFI info from ATC

Is it true that CRFI information is not officially available for foreign carriers? Read that in an article recently.

Dunno about ATC MANOPS but FSS MANOPS directs us to give RSC/CRFI info to ALL arriving and departing aircraft not just Canadian ones.
