I've never seen advertising for senior captain positions on Avcan. What would the salary be like for that position? Better than a 50k wage I hope..

Yearly bonus enough to buy a new car, no wait that was JAL a few yrs back.

They were offering to pay $10k with the condition that he/she would take all applications to other regionals off for one year. The video that CanadianEh Perfectly sums up how the talks are going lol
