Hey, just wondering if anyone has been called for an interview with Flair yet. I got a call on Tuesday with some preliminary questions (some very odd), and then they said they would be calling for interview invites before the weekend. Has anyone heard anything?

Yea I wonder what that's about. I believe closing date was Aug 14th for the last one... maybe they didn't get the type of resume's they were looking for?

I received a email stating I had not been selected. I was only 300hr short of requirement for Captain. Met all other requirements. I find it funny they were quick to dismiss if they are having trouble getting qualified people. I have probably forgot to add over 300hrs in my log book since I update it yearly. Oh well, maybe I should re-apply

I find it funny you don't accurately represent your qualifications when applying for a job.

If you are even remotely close to qualifying for jet captain then 300 hours doesn't matter. Or are you saying I should start putting 1321.2 hours with 987 landings and 7 VFR over shoots on my résumé?

Yup, I thought it was a big pfo and it would have been 100% based on resume cause I know no one there. It's all good. Not the first time I've received the polite go fly a kite. Probably won't be the last
