Porter to add seats.

Post by SMELS »

I have heard (rumor) from a friend who works on the Island that Porter plans to add another row of seats for a total of 74. I think its a good move, the average passenger would not likely notice the difference. I once heard the original 70 seats was used due to runway length on the Island limiting weight. Is that true? If its the case its still valuable for the return legs anyways.

How does that work with the overhead lights and air vents? Do those have to be moved along with all the seats?

The vents and lights are re-positioned over the seats.
