Decided to go to this site to look up what it says I'm making based on the airline I work for and my # years of service. It was in the neighborhood of about $10k shy of what I'm actually making. Take any info on this site with a $10K grain of salt.

Yea all those 'pay sites' are way out of date and probably based on hearsay.

The 40,000 a year is about right plus ot and around 10,000 a year in expenses.

I thought it was 37K plus pre-diems. You could prob do extra flying to reach that lofty 40k mark.

I came up with $39-40,000 depending on block growth (flying more originaly scheduled on a pairing) plus just under $1000 per diems a month (again being conservative). Plus medical and dental benefits, pension and other additional expenses added to your pay cheque. Not sure how much those are.

Pay rates as of July 1, 2013 have a first year FO paid 42.44/credit hour, at a block average of 80/month 40,742.40. 2nd year is 47.76, 45849.60/yr
Per diems will vary, a block holder can expect approximately 1000/month, a reserve block will vary month to month based on how often you work. Safe to average 500/month.
The other allowances will add aprox 900/yr, to offset the cost of shoes and dry cleaning.
Vacation year 1-3 2 weeks plus 2 weeks of stats to be bid as vacation, 4-7, 3 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks stats
8-18 4 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks stats, more than 18 years 5 weeks plus 2 weeks
