FSS Medical requirements

I have read many documents online, but could not come to a conclusion as to what the medical requirements are for a FSS/ATC medical. Specifically SSRI's for anxiety and not depression rightfully said. An ATC requires, correct me if i am wrong a CAT 2 medical. It is no where to be said what type of medical an FSS requires. So i am lead to beleive the past forum discussions saying that nav canada and a third party company (oncidium) is responsible for what you can and can't take for medications. I am also lead to believe for an FSS it is up to your CAME to decide whether you are fit or not. As for SSRI's, are FSS's allowed to be using these medications? (yes I have read the background information that has been posted on the transport canada website). but no where does it state what FSS can take. Where can i find a list of what can and can't be taken, or is it truthfully a case by case scenario.

As far as I know there is no list and individuals must consult their doctor.
We do go to CAME for medicals here in Mysteryville, and I think everywhere else (?), but I have no idea what may make them say "not fit for duty".

I ran into this problem too. From what I was finally able to gather after hitting a lot of dead ends of "Oh, you're FSS? Then you're not my problem," is that it is up to your CAME and primary physician what you can take and safely work. I'm on SSIs for anxiety and depression, since my medication can cause fatigue, my doctor told me to take it at night before bed. That way any drowsiness has worn off by morning. Oh, and stay home for the first week or so of taking a new med to let the initial side effects wear off. I learned that one the hard way.
Hope this helps.

The NAVCOH has the list.
