Corporate B200/350 WAWCON

Post by dhc# »

Would be interested in knowing what wages/benefits and days on/off are like at corporate and charter outfits using B200/350 aircraft in Canada.

Thanks :D

Corporate is one of the best kept secrets in aviation, I think you will find that most hope to keep it that way.

When I was in a king air we were flying about 10-12 days per month (400-450hrs/yr), in the 704 Bizjet I'm in now, it's less, some months much less (about 200hrs/ yr +/-). Lifestyle and time with my kids was big for me. The operation I was at in the king air had excellent benefits and very very few overnights, they were great people but we were a long way away from our extended family and hence the move we made. I went from a great company to a great company, I was a lucky one. I don't feel comfortable posting the wages for the king air positions, but they were reasonable but could always be better.

A friend of my employer has a 200 that they are running two crew. The Captain makes $38K per year and the FO $32K. I almost lost it when I heard this, these aren't low timers either looking to build time and bolt.

Money isn't everything. With the right perks 32 is pretty decent for a low time f/o. I can't imagine what the perks must be for the captain to be happy at that payscale.

That job advertised on here flying a King Air C90-GTx might be alright..

Requirements seem high for that plane though.
