Anyone knows the differences between FAA repairman and A&P?
Does TCCA recognize any work experience as an FAA repairman in the US?
Do we (Canada) has a repairman certificate (or something similar)?

Good question...
Here, I think, is your answer. Took less than 5 minutes on the FAA website to find...

Not sure if TC recognizes the repairman work experience. The closest I can think that we come to a repairman certificate in Canada is an ACA or SCA issued by an AMO. No AME license but authorized by the AMO, and in most cases the ACA is a licensed AME (if not all).

If you're working full time for an AMO your experience is granted providing you've satisfied all of the task requirements...which is pretty hard to do with a repairman's certificate because it limits you to performing specific tasks.
