paying for the back end?

Post by water wings »

not that many people care about the FAs in the back of the plane, but as i was perusing the free job ads, i noticed one asking for Flight Attendants and get this: they, too, must start to pay for some of their own training with some institute course...WTF? it isn't much $$, but i did that gig for 7 years and i think that is a bit fishy... Companies should be hiring for attitude and training these girls (and guys) for skill to work on their craft. hmmm. it seems to make the candidate pay for her own DG and First Aid...don't you have to be aproved by TC for all of that stuff? anyhooo.
see? no one cares.
Do fuellers have to pay for their own intitial training? HAZA?

Fueler's paying for training might be an idea...then maybe the ones that got it for 'free' might stop trying to fill navajo's with Jet-A. Ha.

The hardest thing about flying is knowing when to say no

After over a half a century of flying no one ever died because of my decision not to fly.
