Looks like he was landing on r/w 23 at Spruce Creek, FL - over run .... and into the water. Hearing there are no injuries - looks like it's a private CJ3 based in Orange Co, (John Wayne) CA.

A couple of NTSB retirees from the creek may be put into action to save costs on this one.

Nice community there and the restaurant has good pizza.

They got her out with a large tow truck, the entire aircraft was pretty much submerged

Seems there were 3 persons on board, no injuries, and was being operated FAR 91 (owner flying) and not a Desert Jet flight.
