Landing Fees
So now that I'm nearing completion of my PPL and starting to take more of an interest in some cross country flights, is there a list of airports that charge landing fees? I know this, tie down fees, etc are all listed in the CFS, but I'm wondering if there is anything readily available online. I'm not sure where I want to fly, when, etc (I still have a flight test and a XC that I have to do anyway) but I'm just looking for some reference. Mainly looking for Ontario for now.
Thanks
Thanks
Re: Landing Fees
Another low time PPL here - I usually check the COPA Places To Fly website when planning my flights, I enjoy the format although you may want to double check when things were last updated for each airport (date at the bottom of each page).

Re: Landing Fees
Also check the CFS - usually it says "ldg fees" or similar. Usually the airport's website will also list the fees.
To be honest most small airports don't charge landing fees. I don't think I've ever paid any landing or parking fees since I left the UK.
Weirdly YCD will charge a landing fee for an ultralight but not a certified or homebuilt. I'm not entirely sure what the logic of that is. I guess they either want to keep them away, or they (rightly) think they won't be buying fuel.

Re: Landing Fees
Thanks guys. I guess it would make sense to go to the airport's website to see what they charge for landing fees. I guess I was just looking to see if there was anything out there, like the COPA link, that lists who charges and what the fees are.
