Re: New Hire Class January 2014?

Would there be any changes from the vacancies that were posted on March 5th? Or is it always changing?

How long is the wait for using a reciprocal jumpseat on other carriers? I heard one month, not sure if that's valid.

Re: Jazz initial training locations?

Also, what is the length of GS? I was told six weeks, I assume this is including the sim training. Could anyone confirm this? If it is six weeks, are there days off that would allow a commute back to the family?

Thanks, FNC

Would the position freeze limit a new hire from a base change, or do all bases have a mix of dash's?

Re: Does KD Air stand for Kraft Dinner?

I turned down this job last May. The people seemed nice, but when we talked about salary it was 1700mo. for the training which I was told is 6 to 8 weeks. After that it was 2000mo. and a raise when was talked about but no time period was given. I wonder if guys/gals even get a raise while working th...

Re: Regional1

As stated in the ad, the job is overseas and it references the rotations of 50 on 34 off. Along with the OP I'd like to know of any new info about the company (hours/maintenance/pay/living conditions)? Thanks. FNC

Re: saying no to bad pay

Sure if everyone (all pilots) refused to work for low wages, the companies would have to turn around and pay us all pretty wages, it would be a glorious time. But remember this is real life and 27,500 is not great although it is more than some companies pay in western canada i.e. Carson, Central Mtn...

Re: Cargojet Caravan Pay

Still didn't here the caravan pay? Also, how much movement happens at peair or cargojet? I know that it is subject to many things in the industry, but do pilots like to stick with the company?
