Brantaero - Avoid Employment
Avoid this company when seeking employment. Very poor attitude when dealing with applicants.

What happened?
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship

Yeah, please do tell.
I'm all for making bad companies known to the public but I've generally had good experiences with them as a customer. Very professional. If you are going to throw mud around, at least justify it with an explanation.
Re: Brantaero - Avoid Employment
How companies treat customers can be totally different on how they treat employees.

Yes, that is why I was the second person to ask what happened. A week has gone by and no response. Clearly this guy is just trying to stir the pot.Found wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 6:47 amHow companies treat customers can be totally different on how they treat employees.

I don’t think he was stirring the pot, maybe try asking some of the people that work or used to work there. It isn’t the original owners who ran it as a family business. I am sure others will chime in or maybe the original poster.khedrei wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 2:46 pmYes, that is why I was the second person to ask what happened. A week has gone by and no response. I'm not going to try asking anyone anything. I'm calling this guy out on his trash talking.Found wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 4:38 pmI don’t think he was stirring the pot, maybe try asking some of the people that work or used to work there. He was definitely stirring the pot. This thread has been up long enough for him to respond and he hasn't. People don't create threads on this forum and then never come back to see the replies. Unless of course they are full of it. His post was uninformative and slanderous to a company which I find to be one of the most honest, professional and reputable in the area. Im not saying its impossible he was treated poorly an an employee but his lack of response to the simple question of "what happened?", speaks volumes. If I were a betting man, I know where I'd put my money.

He’s already explained why in his original post. I don’t think he’s going to go further into details, if this person has any wherewithal they understand that more specifics would need evidence in the event of a libel civil action.khedrei wrote: ↑Sun Mar 05, 2023 10:49 amI'm not going to try asking anyone anything. That’s generally the concensus, the former is a source of income while the latter is an expense to the business.Found wrote: ↑Sat Mar 04, 2023 6:47 amHow companies treat customers can be totally different on how they treat employees.
