Good afternoon Everyone.

Contact Amanda McCormick to see if you qualify. Use Code: "Amped Up"

Heck, no. we are so busy.

We are trying to help the Ontario industry with the help of the Government.

This is all for the AME's, Operator and MRO's in Ontario, not me.

Oh, ok.

I cant recall ever seeing a sale on type course seats months in advance, hence the question.

Is the training federal government subsidized?

One word. Desperate. On all sides. Industry is as good as dead in this country. TFW’s are desperately needed and will be provided. Just have to get that darn cost of living in this country down where they can afford a sack of rice or beans and some bus passes.

You are right that desperate is the word!

We are desperately trying to revive the aviation industry.

We have put a lot of time and effort in applying for this Government subsidy so the AME's, MRO's and operator can benefit financially.

Just Sayin!

Yeah well the government should subsidize wages not courses. The employer should pay for that period. I would take a different attitude if let’s say the government gave me a subsidy to put up with garbage employers.

For me, its cost of living and taxation, and additionally almost every "desperate" employer or agency continously hounding me with the same shit offer over and over. Which in most contract cases is almost the same offer that I was getting 15 years ago.

Sure, they bump up the hourly rate $10 or $15 bucks, but they have removed travel and accomodation, which you are expected to gullibly provide.

Not surprised the gov is trying to subsidize type courses though. That is critical for the maintenance releases, and if my personal experiences are any indication, on type experience of at least a year/whithin the last year, is not vetted AT ALL at most companies.
As soon as you have a license it type course and then ACA time.

Industry and the country are a great big joke and both are heading into collaspe.
