Aircraft Maintenance Engineers

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our dynamic

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on Boeing 737 MAX and Next-Generation (NG) aircraft,
ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Diagnose and repair aircraft systems and components, including avionics, hydraulics, pneumatics,
and electrical systems.

Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions to
maintain the highest levels of safety and reliability.

Maintain accurate and detailed maintenance records, documenting all repairs and inspections
performed.

Work independently, managing time and resources effectively to meet maintenance schedules and
operational demands.

Requirements

Valid Canadian Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license.

Proven experience in maintaining Boeing 737 MAX and Next-Generation (NG) aircraft.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong problem- solving
skills and initiative.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-
paced environment.

Commitment to adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality.

737NG or 737MAX TC certified type training or experience.
