Instructing jobs are instrucing jobs, you can get as much out of it as you put in. I worked for them a few years back and did pretty well. If you dont mind working 6 days a week and teaching groundschool you can make a decent pay cheque.

I used to work at Holland Landing Airpark where BXW (172) was based.

rented it many times... typical old and tired 172. The as an instructor is low.. (I wasn't one there tho so i dont have specifics.. i htink $20/ hr.. and $0 for waiting for student time!!!

BEtter have free accomodations thats all i can say.

Like anywhere, you get want you want out of things,
if you dont want to be there then it will be a hard place to work,
if you try hard then you will be rewarded,
sounds like someone is bitter

I have been with Future air for a while and enjoy it

I've been with TAL for 3 years. If you do your instructor rating with us, treat it like one long interview. If you show up prepared, on-time, and make a good effort, you have a good chance of an interview. If you get hired there's a lot of flying to be had here. Even this time of year some of the guys have five flights a day on their schedule.

The guys @ dispatch are nice. The planes aren't anything to write home about but they are fine. They gave F/L 3 muffins last week. good thing there were only 3 days in the office at the time.
