Group 1 Instrument Rating

Post by tailwind »

Where is the best most cost efficient place to get a Group 1 Instrument rating in Ontario? Any help, prices, and personal experiences would be appreciated. Thanks

If your willing to go to southern manitoba.... Harv's Air has a PE as well. But here you better be ready to fly.... the ground school depending on who teaches it take a while... do an aerocourse on a weekend... and write the INRAT

If you're near the Niagara Region, go to Welland Aero Center. They have a fully loaded twin comanche, burns less gas and cost less than most others if you train on the dry rate. They also have block rental on it for reasonable rates if you're into building time. http://www.wellandaerocenter.on.ca
