last few seconds says it all - being lucky is perhaps the thing in aviation that brings success.

Wow, great vid!
It's nice to see a celeb pilot that doesn't NEED to buy and fly their own Gulfstream, Citation, and to a lesser extent, something like a Cirrus. Good on Harrison for getting himself a classic!

Pretty cool video, he seems like a pretty down to earth guy really.

His work with EAA is also great. Love him as an actor, and as a pilot.

"....buy an occational airplane..." Love it. The company in the US that brings in the Falcon 900s sold him one, and they don't care ever to deal with him again.

That's because he took issue with the garlic and cheese smell in Falcons.

Don't forget about the unsightly hair underneath the wings.

Next time you line up on the Runway and call "Set take off thrust" use "Punch It Chewy!" you will learn very quickly if your F/O is a Star Wars fan

Re: Harrison Ford: Just another Pilot
ive never seen a beav with an autopilot before, at 8:40 he turns the heading bug to turn the a/c
and i guess it proves no pilot will stop talking about themselves

True,to some extent, but maybe a Gulfstream is exactly what a celeb pilot wants. If he or she has the means, why not?L1011 wrote:Wow, great vid!

I know if I had the money to afford anything, I'd go buy my own 200 or 1900 and fully load it. I'd sure have more fun flying either of those than a Champ or Cub

Great, just don't start around me. My W/T would flip that Beaver faster than C3PO the Gaybot would go down on R-TARDED D2. Stick to the films, Harry, and off my f'n TCAS.SAA340-600 wrote:we all got to start somewhere!!!
