ATC Employement vs Demand trends

Hello,

I'm looking for some "demand vs requirement" trend info, in the field of ATC, in Canada.

I know that this stuff is probably unlikely to be documented much, but if anyone in the industry has any concrete numbers, I'd appreciate them.

What do you mean by this? What have you been trying that the company doesn't want to have?

Edit: Nevermind, I read your previous posts and realized you're an FSS. I thought you were a controller trying to move, and was curious how you were having difficulty with it.

Pretty sure if I asked for a transfer to Winnipeg my bags would be packed for me my wife and kid on a plane before i got home from work...

Yeah, I'm an FSS in B.C., but I've been doing everything I can to get to a tower in Manitoba (or B.C. for that matter). It's been nothing but dead-ends for 2 years.
