Licensing officers...
So,
I've been out of the game for quite a few years. Is there no way to actually directly talk to a licensing officer now? (Without having to wait ~2days for an email or call back that is).
When did this become "a thing"?

Re: Licensing officers...
You mean a TC inspector?
I think service standard for licensing inquires is 10 business days....
Ya.
It's brutal. Maybe specify which region/office you are calling and maybe someone will share a business card/direct line.

As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship
