Can you expand?
Listen to the ATC tape at 4:15 and ask yourself if this is clear communication. Then listen at 4:55 when it appears that the other pilot takes over ATC communication and note the difference in clarity. A pilot with a strong accent can be quite detrimental in an emergency when quick, clear communication is essential. Something to consider in the hiring process.
